A series on the exhibition “Palace Paradis” organized at Museum of Asian Arts of Nice during winter 2019-2020.
The exhibits are funeral objects made of paper, built on a bamboo structure. Tradition of Taiwan, they will be burned to be sent to the deceased. Thus, his family ensures that he is wanting for nothing.
This serie reproduces some elements of a buffet for the afterlife, but also material goods: gold watches and luxury cars.
